This is a self-contained LED traffic light, designed as a warning device on the approach to a pedestrian crossing or other hazard.
It comes complete with a sun visor and adjustable brackets. Additional hardware may be required for mounting to 60mm or 110mm diameter poles (see below).
The traffic light is powered from the integrated 8 watt solar panel and has a sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery for back-up when no sun is available. The back-up battery can keep it running for up to seven days.

This mounting bracket enables our older model (aluminium) TF-SD12 LED traffic light to be securely mounted onto a flat surface and rotated over 180 degrees to face the traffic.
The bracket is made from 3mm thick galvanised steel and comes pre-drilled with a pair of 10mm holes for fixing with dynabolts or coach screws.
This bracket is NOT required for the newer polycarbonate model traffic light, which comes complete with adjustable brackets.

These pole mounting clamps can be used to mount a 100mm traffic light onto a 60mm diameter pole. They are sold as a set of 2 clamps.
The clamps can also be used to mount our 200mm traffic lights onto a 60mm diameter pole. They fit directly to the 'L' brackets included with the traffic lights. In this case, two sets are required per traffic light.
The clamps are constructed from zinc alloy and are made in two-pieces so that they can be mounted anywhere on an existing pole. This avoids the need to slide the clamps on from the top of the pole.
All bolts to secure the clamp to the traffic light bracket are included.

These brackets are designed to clamp on to a 110mm outside diameter steel pole. They are sold as a set and include two pairs of flat adaptor brackets to attach the traffic lights.
Two traffic signals can be mounted on the brackets and positioned in various directions, including facing the same way or opposite directions, or anywhere in between.
