Shipping and Returns Policy

Products shown on this website are available for shipping in Australia only.  We regret that we are unable to ship products to customers in overseas locations.  All prices are nett trade prices, are shown in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.

Products which are in stock will usually be shipped the next working day following receipt of your payment by E-go, Hunter Express or Couriers Please.  Generally these delivery services will ensure that you receive your goods within two working days for metropolitan areas.  Delivery to some country areas could take up to ten working days.

Should goods be out of stock, and delivery is likely to be delayed for longer than a week, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.  You may then choose to wait, order a different item, or cancel your order.

Please check all goods carefully on arrival and ensure that all items listed on the delivery docket are present.  Any missing items or defects must be noted on the delivery docket and notified to us by email or facsimile within 7 days of delivery.

We will repair or replace defective items at our option, where the goods are defective due to a manufacturing, assembly or programming error.  Where goods are replaced, we will meet the additional freight costs to deliver the replacement goods but not the cost of returning the defective goods to us.

Refunds will only be given where goods supplied are clearly different to what was described on our web site or the goods are not suitable for their advertised purpose.  Please contact us for advice before purchasing if you are unsure of your needs.
