We have a number of compact RF remote control designs, integrated into the traffic light housings, to give you control of your traffic lights from any convenient location.

Using RF technology which has proved reliable over many years in harsh and demanding environments, these remote control options are ideal for building sites, weighbridges and distribution centres.

A radio remote control system which allows changeover from red to green (or green to red) for a predetermined period, before switching back again.

Ideal for weighbridges, for example. The traffic light can be normally displaying red to waiting traffic. When you want to allow a vehicle onto the weighbridge, simply press the remote control button, and the traffic light will switch to green for say twenty seconds, and will then automatically switch back to red.

The 'on' time can be set to anywhere between 1 and 300 seconds.

The radio receiver is fitted inside the traffic light housing and uses the same power supply (12-24Vdc) as the traffic light.

The handset comes complete with a 9 volt battery.

Range is typically 40 - 50 metres with line of sight. Additional antenna option available (see below) to increase the range up to 300 ~ 350 metres.

A radio remote control system which allows changeover from red to green and green to red by using two buttons on the remote control. One button switches the traffic light to red, the other button switches the traffic light to green. The traffic light will remain in whichever state you have selected until you change it.

This arrangement is ideal for situations where you need to stop traffic entering a loading area for example whilst loading operations are taking place.

You can specify whether you want the traffic light to start up with either the red light or green light on.

433Mhz flexible antenna, 35cm long.

Used to increase working range of RC-101 and RC-201 remote control options.

A TF-SD12 traffic light fitted with RC-101 remote control option and 35cm antenna. The traffic light is mounted on a 60mm diameter pole with a pair of TF-60PC pole clamps.
