We are able to offer a range of automatic vehicle counter systems for car parks.

These are used in applications where it is necessary or desirable to advise drivers that the car park is full via an automatically controlled sign prior to entering the car park.

We also have a version which can display the number of spaces remaining in the car park on an LED sign. The space count is updated in real time.

Counting inputs can be derived from inductive loop detectors, photo-electric beams or card reader activations.

We are also able to design and build a complete solution for you, ready for installation by your preferred electrical contractor. Fully designed systems come with complete documentation and telephone/email support.

The LED sign has 4 x 160mm high characters, capable of displaying 'FULL'.
Connection to a CT22 counter module or other device is by figure eight cable.
The sign is switched on by connection of the 12Vdc supply.
An internal switch allows selection of a steady display or flashing between on and off at approximately 1Hz.
The sign comes complete with an optional sun visor.
The front panel hinges open for access to the connection terminals and mode switch, and has a key lockable catch to prevent unauthorised access.

MICROPROCESSOR BASED, SELF CONTAINED COUNTER MODULE.
This is a sequential counter module designed to monitor the number of vacant spaces in a car park.
Faceplate controls allow the operator to set the counter and manually override the output relay.
The maximum count capability is 9999 spaces.
Internal memory prevents loss of count data in the event of power failure.
There are two increment inputs and two decrement inputs available as well as a changeover relay output.
The relay output turns on when the count is <1 and turns off when the count is>1. The relay output can be used to turn on a 'FULL' sign or disable a ticket issuing machine and/or boomgate when the car park is full.

The LED sign has 4 x 100mm high characters, capable of displaying numbers ranging from '0001' to '9999' and 'FULL'.
Connection to a CT22V counter module is by shielded data cable. Cable runs up to 600 metres between the counter module and the sign are possible using RS485 communications.
A separate 240VAC supply to the sign is also required.

The LED sign has 65mm high characters on two lines, which display 'CAR EXITING'.

The sign is switched on by connection of the 12Vdc supply.

The sign incorporates an internal flasher module which flashes the sign on for one second and then off for half a second. It then repeats until the 12Vdc is disconnected. Digital timers can be fitted internally to control the display time of the sign, and the duration of the audible warning beeper (if fitted).

The sign comes complete with an optional sun visor.

Audible warning beeper mounted in an IP65 box, suitable for use outdoors.

The beeper has a maximum sound output of 92dB(A) but it also has a built-in volume control to reduce the sound output for residential areas etc.
Switches on the back of the beeper allow selection of 26 different tones.
Operating voltage is 9 - 28 Vdc.

A galvanised steel pole, 60mm diameter and 1600mm high, with a round base plate (130mm diameter) to facilitate bolting it down (3 x M12 Dynabolts recommended).

This pole is ideal for mounting our LED 'FULL' and 'CAR EXITING' signs.

It comes complete with a pole cap and a pair of TF-60PC pole clamp brackets.
