Traffic Light Controllers

We specialise in off-road traffic light systems (also known as ramp controls).

These systems are used in applications where a car park access or ramp is too narrow to accommodate vehicles in both directions at the same time.

We customise each controller to cater for the specific site's requirements, including length of green periods, all red clearance periods, direction priority, and lamps off when there is no demand (energy saving mode).

The controller can be programmed to be activated by vehicle detection loops, card readers, remote controls or virtually any external signal source.

We can design and build a complete package for our customers, including controllers, traffic signals, pre-formed  detection loops, complete with full documentation.  You can then have your local electrical contractor install the system for you.  We also provide a telephone support service to make your installation simple and trouble free.

In New South Wales, we can also arrange appropriate certification which will satisfy Council DA requirements.

We also design and build specialised safety and warning systems for trucks reversing into loading docks, as well as over height warning systems.

Suitable for 3 aspect (Red/Yellow/Green) traffic signals and 2 aspect (Red/Green) pedestrian signals.

Has input for pedestrian push button, output for pedestrian buzzer and 2 loop inputs for vehicle clearance detection.

Affordable, safer alternative to 'Zebra' crossings.
